CHAPTER 13

i took my sticks and i started walking towards ahmed's room . i slowly opened the door and i saw ahmed shirtless wearing his boxers only . KILL ME <333333333 AHHHHHHHHH . i overheard him talk .

ahmed : umm ok

ahmed : i love u too bye

WTF ? My heart just got shattered into a million pieces after what I heard just now . Coming here wasent a good idea . I lost control of 1 stick and then it fell on the floor . Ahmed got startled by the move so then he turned his face towards me .

Ahmed : umm Dana what are u doing here ?

Me : i was just searching for Derek . Have u seen him ?

I lied because I was confused of what was going on .

Ahmed : no , um Dana may I talk to u for a second ?

Me : sure im listening .

Ahmed : don't u want to sit ?

Me : no I'm fine .

Ahmed : dana i have never felt betrayed and hurt this much in my life . I just want u to explain to me 1 thing what does Yousif mean to u ?

Me : ahmed Yousif is just a cousin and and a close friend .

Ahmed : well it didn't seem that way

Me : ahmed don't u believe me ?

This conversation really needs to end because Ahmed keeps on hurting me more and more each second . My heart can't take it any more . And I can start tearing any minute now .

Ahmed : I would Dana but

Me : Ahmed please stop talking , I had enough .

Ahmed : do u want me to help u ?

Me : no Ahmed u dont need to .

I quickly grabbed my sticks and went back to my room . I found Emma laying on her bed reading a magazine . I needed Emma by my side now .

Me : * CRYING *

Emma shifted her eyes towards me after hearing me cry . U could c that she felt sorry for me .

Emma : Dana what's wrong ?

Me : everything is wrong Emma .

My face was turning redder and redder each second and more tears kept on running out . I was officially heart broken .

Emma : Shhhhh Dana everything will be ok .

I spent the rest of the night eating icecream and watching a scary movie with Emma . Emma was trying her best to cheer me up and make me forget about the pain . But it was hard to forget . So I just faked a smile and pretended that everything was ok .
















We woke up the next morning at 8:00 I went to the bathroom i did the same routine then I wore this












As soon as I finished Emma and I went shopping because today was our last day and we are leaving tonight . After we finished shopping we went back to the hotel to pack . Then when we finished packing we went to the airport and we flew off to LONDON












*AFTER 7 MONTHS *

Emma : Dana come on , we are going to be late .

Me : Emma wait I'm changing .

so basically today is a big day for Emma and I . It's our GRADUATION DAY . Finally , i'm going to go to college . I will miss my friends alot ;( and especially Emma .

Emma : ok .

after a few min I came out of the bathroom .

Me : what do u think ?

Emma : wow , u look so cute in ur graduation rob . Where is the hat ?

Me : oh it's on the table .

Emma : ok come on get ur hat , I'll be waiting in the taxi .

Me : ok

I quickly rushed to the living room , I grabbed my hat and I ran to the taxi . I entered and it and we drove off to school . I was extremely nervous I kept on checking on my self in my mini heart mirror .

Emma : Dana stop looking every second u look fine .

Me : ok

my heart kept on beating fast the whole time . Few minutes passed and we finally arrived the school . We went backstage . we made a single file . Each ones name was being called out.

Professor : Emily

Lauren

Emma


and the names goes on until finally my name came out .

Professor : ms Dana x

Hearing my name being called out made me more nervous than ever . I slowly approached the professor . He handed me my certificate and cameras were flashing . And people were clapping . I have been waiting for this moment from so long . I slowly walked down the stairs and waiting beside the other students . more names kept on going on until 1 hour passed by . It was time for dinner . The place was empty and the dinner room was CROWDED . I sat down on 1 of the chairs .

Suddenly some called my name . I turned around to find Ahmed . The last months Ahmed and I were avoiding each other , we never got the chance to discuss our problem .

Ahmed : congratulations Dana

Me : umm thank u . Congrats to u too .

Ahmed : so have u decided which college u are going to attend ?

Me : not yet . U ?

Ahmed : i found some colleges in London and I still didn't decide yet .

Before I said a word . My dad interrupted the moment.

Dad : Dana were going now *screaming*

Me : ok I'm coming * screaming *

Me : I'm sorry Ahmed I have to go now . It was nice talking to u .

Ahmed : u too .

* AHMED's POV *

I watched Dana as she left with my heart . I just can't continue pretending that I'm alright . I'm not , and I will never be . This might be the 1st time from the past months Dana and I have a long convo . the last months was torture . And it was like I was living in hell . I need to fix this problem . I really do and If I wont now then it will be late .

I entered my dad's car and we went back home .

Dad : congratulations Dana im so proud of u !

Mom : yes Dana and I'm proud of u too .

I smiled and said : thank u

Dad : Dana have u choose a college yet ?

Dana : idk , I think I might be going to the college in Kuwait .
